      Description

      Currently PGR Persist makes a call to user service for a newly created complaint by a logged in Citizen (user id is present in attribute values map and action is POST).
      As part of this card we would retrieve complainant name, email, phone from user info (present in RequestInfo of SevaRequest) to generate the email and sms template.
