      Description

      Adding a failed row for negative testing leads to all above existing ( which were success before ) rows to fail throwing Same Exception for all

          This is because the consumer code is same. All the rows with same consumer code will be considered in one API call, So if there's any one row that causes a failure, all the rows with that consumer code will be marked failed.
